Tuning

X10 Archery is offering outdoor tuning packages to get you ready for the rigors of the outdoor season in Texas and beyond.

Join X10 Archery Academy coaches Dacota Taylor, John Williams, and Jennifer Schneider at Buffalo Field Archery Club to go over outdoor coaching, tuning, and equipment setup.

John competed Olympic recurve in the UK for 10 years and shoots competitive 3D, with over 15 years experience in the industry as a professional tech and coach. He specializes in Olympic recurve and compound instruction, including 3D Archery instruction. Along with being a bowyer, his specialties are tuning, bow tech work, fletching, and string building.

Dacota has a long history of tournament success, with more than 10 state titles and more than 20 podium finishes in the past 10 years, plus several top 20 finishes in the USA Archery USAT series. He finished in the top 10 for the 2021 USA Archery Indoor Nationals. Dacota specializes in compound instruction and tuning, bow tech, and fletching.

Jennifer Schneider is one of the most successful female archers in Texas, winning multiple indoor and outdoor state titles, and has been dominant in the Texas Senior Women's Recurve Division since 2015. At a national level, Jennifer has been ranked in the top 16 on the Senior Women's USAT Series, top 20 at USA Archery Indoor Nationals, and top 200 in the World Archery Standings. She has represented Team USA at the 2016 World Indoor Championships and in 2017 as a member of the Stage 3 Hyundai World Cup Team. Jennifer finished as the top US Woman at both of these events. In 2017 she earned an International Mixed Teams Bronze Medal, with Para Olympian Michael Lukow. Jennifer's success is a product of hard work, dedication, and the ability to make her bow work for her. Jennifer can do the same for other recurve archers by helping them achieve the most forgiving and best performing setups possible.
